Does the referendum have any "ground" in Bulgaria?
yes, politicians have to ask and consult with citizens regularly
it is too early - Bulgarian society is not "literate" enough
there is no sense in doing this - the vote will be corrupted anyway
no - the reason for electing politicians is that they have to take decisions
