Project management and implementation - Balkan Assist takes over the whole cycle of a project - identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, offering both the entire project management package or individual consultancy services;
Projects monitoring and support - Balkan Assist has a specialised Projects monitoring and support team trained by Bulgarian and international experts and tested in practice; after a request Balkan Assist can develop concepts and provide monitoring and support in accordance with the specifics and the scope of the projects.
Coaching - Balkan Assist offers coaching for project managers and coordinators with a special focus on project management and institution building; through our network of experts and the rich bank of diverse experience of our members, the Association can provide valuable assistance in many other spheres.
Training, consultations, expert assistance - using the services of qualified specialists Balkan Assist can be beneficial to both NGOs and citizen groups and to local and regional authorities representatives by providing courses, workshops, consultations and specialized support in the following areas: citizen participation, project management, project monitoring and evaluation, institutional development of the organization, human resources management, etc.
Mediation and exchange of experience - Balkan Assist provides assistance in identifying, enhancing and maintaining contacts and partnership as well as information and experience exchange between individuals, organizations, municipalities, companies, etc.
Public relations - Balkan Assist develops and implements PR strategies to meet specific needs; offers specialized customer-tailored training accompanied by practical application projects; supports the partners in preparation and conduct of information campaigns and media events.
Knowledge and skills improvement through practice - Balkan Assist is an efficient partner in organizing training and practical courses for students and professionals as well as for including them in international internshipsр, placements and exchanges to study European know-how and experience.
