Veshnyakov: referendum about third presidential period of Putin practically impossible

According to Veshnyakova, according to the current legislation, the referendum cannot be carried out before one year to the federal elections.

Thus, referendum about the third period must be carried out until December this year. In the opinion of the Chairman of Central Election Commission of Russia, it is impossible to observe all necessary formalities in the remained time.
